Who we are

Nadia London Beauty is a beauty business operating from a private studio in Mill Hill, London, with home visits across North London. Contact: salligh58@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), postcode and address (for home visits), appointment preferences and any notes you choose to share — including relevant health information such as allergies, which we need to treat you safely.

How we use it

Only to arrange and carry out your appointments, keep treatment records (for example patch-test dates) and contact you about your bookings. We never sell your data. Marketing messages are only sent if you opt in.

Lawful basis

Performance of a contract (your booking), legitimate interests (keeping treatment records) and explicit consent for health information.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept for up to 3 years after your last appointment to meet insurance requirements, then securely deleted.

Third parties

Booking requests sent through WhatsApp or email are handled by those providers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and 3D graphics libraries from jsDelivr.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies & storage

This site uses no tracking cookies. Your selected treatments are saved in your own browser's local storage so your booking isn't lost between pages; you can clear it at any time.
